Frou Frou was a duo that has a short music career from 2002 to 2003, releasing one album, and then disbanding. However, they reunited for one song, which is this song. It's called Holding Out For A Hero, and was included on the soundtrack for Shrek 2, and released as a radio single. The cover you see above is made by me.
